BSNI are seeking a part-time Transport Office Clerk to join our client’s busy team in the Mallusk area. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various office tasks and possess strong organisational skills. This role can be 20 or 30 hours per week, depending on candidate.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 1pm Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: £12.40ph
Duration: Maternity Cover until Aug 2026
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
– Answer phones professionally and assist callers with any queries
– Provide clerical support such as typing, filing, and photocopying
Experience:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages for office tasks
Strong clerical and administrative skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
Excellent organisational / time management skills to work in a busy, fast-paced office
Prior experience in an office environment desirable but not essential
