BSNI is working with a leading manufacturing site in Mallusk to recruit and experienced customer coordinator, this role is reporting to the galvanising production manager.
Hours of work: 9am – 14.30pm
Duration: This is a temp to perm role
Salary: up to £29k per annum (pro rata)
JOB SPECIFICATION
Responsible for :
1. Customer order processing – including data entry & order approval
2. Scheduling Customers Orders – working closely with Operations planner, production manager/ the Transport Manager and the Sales Team to balance customer requirements with production capacity and operational efficiencies
3. Issuing daily production schedules
4. Close coordination with the Transport Manager to support the balancing of customer requirements with optimising the daily transport plan / efficiencies
5. Customer order query handling (order amendments)
6. General customer queries – phone/email
7. Complaint handling – receiving and passing on to relevant dept
8. Filing of orders in a timely and accurate manner
9. Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and facilitate efficient organisational operations and processes
10. Maintain excellent relations with existing and potential new customers
11. Answer incoming calls in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
12. Servicing customers / visitor / drivers presenting at the front reception area to include: Confirmation on induction register or prompt induction, Providing PODs and handle payments, deal with queries or redirect if necessary
13. To carry out any other duties commensurate with the position held, including assisting other personnel with workloads and covering for holidays / absenteeism
