Bluestones staffing is working with a leading construction firm based in Magherafelt, due to continued growth they have a requirement for a Contracts Manager.
Location: Contracts Manager
Salary: £40k – £50k
Hours of work: Day shift
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, providing effective, efficient management of building projects, delivering contracts safely, profitably, on time and to a high-quality standard.
Excellent commercial acumen combined with strong people management skills including experience of managing sub-contractor teams.
Influencing skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
Ability to Resolve operational and design issues.
Strong knowledge of current legislation as well as all Health & Safety and other regulatory matters
Experience of producing accurate, consistent, and professional records, reports and general information including job progress and remedials.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Planning and organising skills with the ability to self-prioritise workload.
Advance knowledge of MS Office, Project Excel, PowerPoint, and industry specific software
Experience of managing a range of construction projects.
Proven track record in the completion of successful construction projects.
Experience in modular construction desirable.
Excellent ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
A can-do attitude and a team player.
A willingness and enthusiasm to help other team members as and when required.
