Hours and rate of pay:

£32k per annum
Car allowance
Monday – Friday, pro – rata schedule.
Job duties:

Coordinating a security and cleaning team, with a further 15 hours role training and guiding other cleaning – security site managers in NI.
Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking and cleaning.
Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
Managing maintenance and staffing budgets.
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
To be responsible to the SBM for a range of duties relating to the security, operations, facilities management and monitoring of the site including the management and supervision of contractors on site.
To lead a team to ensure that the buildings, facilities and grounds are maintained to the highest possible standard, are in a proper working order ensuring compliance with relevant Health, Safety & Welfare legislation ensuring to provide a safe working environment for all users of the facility.
