Hours and rate of pay:

·        £32k per annum

·        Car allowance

·        Monday – Friday, pro – rata schedule.


Job duties:

·        Coordinating a security and cleaning team, with a further 15 hours role training and guiding other cleaning – security site managers in NI.

·        Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking and cleaning.

·        Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.

·        Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.

·        Managing maintenance and staffing budgets.

·        Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.

·        To be responsible to the SBM for a range of duties relating to the security, operations, facilities management and monitoring of the site including the management and supervision of contractors on site.

·        To lead a team to ensure that the buildings, facilities and grounds are maintained to the highest possible standard, are in a proper working order ensuring compliance with relevant Health, Safety & Welfare legislation ensuring to provide a safe working environment for all users of the facility.
