BSNI is working with a leading, distribution company in Belfast have a requirement for an experienced customer service advisor.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

This role will impact on the success of the company through the accurate capture and processing of orders to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The role will ensure:

· High levels of customer service are maintained

· Calls are answered on a timely basis

· Effective communication when dealing with all customer calls

· Customer Order details are accurately recorded and entered onto the database as required

· Effective liaison with hauliers via FAX phone / email with respect to customer orders despatch

· Effective liaison with despatch to process customer orders through production

· Customer queries are effectively dealt with or passed to the appropriate personnel

· Photocopying and faxing is carried out as required

· Post duties are carried out as required

· Accurate generation of purchase orders in line with sales requirements

· Purchase invoices are followed up as required

· Order amendments are updated on the database

· Provide cover for reception

· All company policy is complied with and supported

· All Health & safety procedures are adhered to

· Personal training and development needs are identified with supervisor

· All relevant training is attended

· Induction, company training and appraisal is supported as required

· Any other duties are carried out as appropriate

Essential Criteria:

1 years customer service experience within an office environment
