Bluestones Staffing is partnering with a leading distribution company based in the Lisburn area. Due to continued business growth, we are recruiting several Warehouse Operatives for immediate starts in their busy cold store facility.
If you’re experienced in warehouse operations, hold a forklift licence, and enjoy fast-paced, team-based work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Unload, receive, and store incoming inventory
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
Operate forklifts (Isle Master or Counterbalance) and pallet jacks safely
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Follow warehouse safety protocols at all times
Candidate requirements
Essential:
Valid Isle Master or Counterbalance forklift licence
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
Ability to lift and move heavy goods safely
Comfortable working in chilled storage conditions
Strong attention to detail
A positive team-player mindset
Preferred:
Driving Licence
CPCS Certification
