Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality veterinary products in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other regulatory standards. You’ll ensure operations run efficiently, safely, and with a strong focus on quality.
Duties include:
Manufacturing products using approved processes in a controlled environment
Following Health & Safety and GMP standards at all times
Operating processing equipment in accordance with SOPs
Completing all necessary documentation accurately
Cleaning equipment and facilities as per procedural guidelines
Reporting production issues and maintaining audit readiness
Working collaboratively within a team and across departments
Striving to meet operational targets and continuous improvement goals
Candidate requirements
Essential:
Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience using regulated work instructions
Basic English and Maths skills (assessed internally)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proven ability to maintain accurate documentation
Willingness to work shift patterns
Desirable:
Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry
Prior work in a GMP-regulated environment
