Bluestones Staffing are seeking an Office Administrator to join our client’s Supply Chain team. This is a full-time, permanent role with our client in Belfast.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (part-time or flexible option can be discussed, but must be available to work Monday to Friday)

Duration: Agency for 12 weeks, then immediate Permanent role

Start Date: Can consider up to 4-week notice period

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out various administrative tasks and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Managing and directing incoming calls and handling inquiries
  • Supporting other divisions with customer and order-related information
  • Processing sales quotations, orders, and invoices
  • Performing general office duties such as data entry, filing, and copying
  • Monitoring stock levels & keeping customers updated on order status
  • Maintaining contact lists and information in the CRM system
  • Providing general support to visitors and guests

Essential Criteria:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative roles
  • Background in Customer Service and dealing with clients/public
  • Proficient with ERP software and MS Office applications
  • Confidence/ability to chase up warehouse staff regarding customer orders
