Bluestones Staffing is working with a highly reputable distribution company in the Lisburn area, currently expanding their operations. We’re recruiting Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to support their growing team in a chilled warehouse environment.
If you’re reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working night shifts in cooler conditions, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a well-paid, full-time position.
Key responsibilities
As a Night Shift Warehouse Operative, you’ll help ensure the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Picking and packing customer orders accurately for dispatch
Loading and unloading goods safely
General warehouse housekeeping and spill clean-up
Working efficiently in a chilled environment
Supporting a team-based operational flow
Candidate requirements
Willingness to work in a chilled environment
Comfortable with night shift hours
Team-oriented and proactive attitude
Good attention to detail and reliability
