Job Title: Admin Assistant – Remote.

Job Details:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This pivotal role supports the smooth functioning of our operations and will involve active participation in various business lines, client relationships, and marketing activities. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and communication skills and will be adept at handling diverse administrative tasks. A comfort with hybrid/remote working arrangements is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

● Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure business processes run smoothly and efficiently.

● Manage and update operational documentation, including process guides, checklists, and reports.

● Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and resolve any issues that arise.

● Handle order processing, inventory management, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

● Support business operations by managing client relationships, preparing quotations, and handling email correspondence.

● Design and update brochures and marketing materials to reflect the company’s branding and service offerings.

● Participate in marketing and branding activities to promote the company’s image and products.

● Assist in the preparation, formation, and scheduling of workshops and other business events.

● Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

● Other duties as assigned to support operational needs and business lines.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role, with a strong understanding of operational workflows.

● Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with operations management software.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

● Prior experience in client relationship management, brochure design, and marketing activities is a plus.
