BSNI have an exciting opportunity for our client based in Toomebridge for an office administrator.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm and 8am – 12pm on a Friday.

Pay: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum based on experience

Office Administrator

The role requires the successful candidate to work alongside our existing sales team, inputting orders onto our system. We require an individual who is confident, proactive and forward thinking and who can communicate clearly with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input customer orders and quotes into the system in a timely manner.
Ensure precise and efficient completion of data administration tasks.
Actively contribute to the team’s workload and overall efficiency.
Support the Customer Service department by handling customer queries, maintaining up-to-date records, and coordinating with other departments when necessary.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication, problem-solving, and commitment to service excellence.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organised and efficient.
Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Takes ownership of responsibilities and sees tasks through to completion.
