BSNI is working with a leading company in Mallusk to recruit and experienced Finance and Operations Support assistant.
Location: Mallusk
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £25k – £28k
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
Main Duties:
- Provide a supporting role to the entire team, working flexibly across the organisation to assist during busy periods. No two days will be the same, you will have the opportunity to work with every element of the business.
- Finance and facilities administration, working with the accounts function to support in administration, including basic invoicing, sending statements, entering purchase invoices and raising purchase orders.
- Administration of orders and sales –working with team members to liaise with Suppliers and Customers.
- Stock and service queries administration and helping the team with problem solving.
- Assisting with IMS quality audits, maintaining IMS spreadsheets and tracking positive and negative areas for learning.
- Undertake other duties for the Company when required.
- Participate fully in the any of Company’s projects and policies.
- Work in accordance with Company and Client Health and Safety rules.
- Maintain excellent levels of communication with all Departments attending regular interdepartmental Meetings.
