Bluestones Staffing is partnering with Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council to hire 2 Part-Time Caretakers for an ongoing role.
Hours: *Flexibility available; one person can do mornings while the other does nights.*
Week 1: 8am – 11am, Monday to Friday
Week 2: 6pm – 10:30pm, Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay: £12+ per hour, Scale 3
Location: Bridge Community Centre, Lisburn, Co. Antrim
Job Responsibilities:
- Open and close the building
- Conduct health and safety checks (water checks, escape route checks, etc.)
- Maintain the building’s cleanliness and safety
- Hoover and replenish bathrooms
- Set up rooms booked for meetings
Requirements:
- Cleaning experience (ideally in a facilities environment, but not required)
- Hardworking, proactive, and willing to take initiative
Benefits:
- Ongoing long-term role, likely around a year (due to restrictions on hiring permanent staff)
- Weekly pay via Agency
