BSNI is working with a leading commercial company based in London, Dubai and UK.
Looking to recruit and experienced recruitment executive, to coordinate with hiring managers.
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Duration: Temporary for 1 year paid by the agency
We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant for helping us to maintain an efficient recruitment process, ensuring candidates are engaged and the team is supported. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and communication skills and will be adept at handling diverse HR & administrative tasks within recruitment. Their role includes the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide clear direction and motivate team members to perform their tasks efficiently.
● Ensure team members have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
● Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and set priorities.
Scheduling and Coordination:
● Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
● Send interview confirmations and reminders to candidates and interviewers.
● Arrange travel or accommodation for candidates if necessary.
Job Posting and Advertising:
● Post job openings on various recruitment platforms (job boards, company website, social media, etc.).
● Ensure job postings are up to date and aligned with company requirements. Candidate Communication:
● Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on the status of their application.
● Answer candidate inquiries related to the job, interview process, or company culture.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
● Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
● Ensure all recruitment documentation is properly filed and compliant with legal regulations.
Support for Onboarding:
● Assist in the preparation of onboarding documents for new hires.
● Coordinate the onboarding process, including setting up workstations and equipment.
Data Entry and Reporting:
● Enter candidate and interview data into systems for tracking purposes.
● Generate reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., candidate pipeline, time-to-hire) as requested
Administrative Support:
● Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team (e.g., preparing interview materials, organizing recruitment events).
● Help manage the recruitment calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
● Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.
● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment software.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
