Job description
BSNI is working with a distribution company on the Boucher Road to recruit and experienced warehouse administrator, you will required to have sage experience.

Total Hours of work 44 hours

Paid 40.75 hours excluding breaks

15 minutes paid

45 minutes unpaid

Hours of work

Monday to Wednesday 10:00 – 21:00
Thursday 10:15 – 21:00

Friday Rest Day

Duties

· Manage all stock allocation on system SAGE 200 for customer orders.

· Despatch and invoice all customer orders.

· Update and maintain all data input onto warehouse planner

· Office admin scanning and filing

· Good organizational and communication skills

· Adaptable to fast-paced environment

· Must have basic IT skills including word and excel

· Liaison with warehouse and stock and admin team

· To ensure all company policies are adhered too according to all stock control SOPs for compliance management.

· Perform any other duties within the warehouse.

· Maintain good health and safety within the company guidelines.

· Good all-round general housekeeping.

· Maintain good level of punctuality at all times adhering to working time directive.

· Must be flexible and adaptable.
