Sales Executive

Bluestones Staffing are partnering with a digital data solutions company to recruit for multiple Sales Executives for their Belfast site. There are four permanent, full-time roles available for successful candidates – 2 in Marketing, 2 in AutoCAD sales.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Belfast, Co. Antrim (Hybrid after Probation)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential clients in various relevant sectors.
• Manage inbound & outbound sales calls, as well as outbound follow ups
• Promote and sell the company’s digital data solutions.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and technical support to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activity and market feedback.
• Stay informed on industry trends, and advancements in digital data solutions.
• Occasional travel required further down the line to build and maintain strong customer relationships across client sites in Ireland.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Full, clean driving license (travel involved later in the role).
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of either marketing or manufacturing/engineering industries.
