Bluestones Staffing is partnering with a successful and growing company in the Antrim Area to recruit a highly organized and proactive individual to join their team as a Temporary Sales Administrator.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (4pm finish on Friday)

Job Type: Temporary contract, minimum 6 months

Rate of Pay: Up to £13 per hour, dependent on experience

Start Date: ASAP

This role is heavily focused on day-to-day administrative tasks, account management, and supporting existing customer relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in office management, coordination, or customer service who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved in a timely manner.
  • Process and track orders, and handle related documentation to ensure smooth delivery of goods/services.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including account details and history.
  • Prepare and generate reports for management as required.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects to support the wider team.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in an office administration, office coordination, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing/documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems easily.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, or directly supporting the Office Manager
  • Experience in a customer service, account management, or sales support role.
  • Familiarity with order processing systems or CRM software is an advantage.
