Bluestones Staffing are working exclusively with a leading global Logistics & Supply Chain Management company to recruit for a Project Implementation Coordinator to join their team and assist in the successful execution of new business projects.
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-Time
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing project tasks from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact between project stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Facilitate meetings, including organizing agendas, scheduling, and recording minutes.
- Collect and analyze project data to support decision-making and provide insights.
- Assist in creating training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support / troubleshooting during and after project implementation.
- Monitor project activities for quality control, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Support system configuration, testing, and ensure technical specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in project coordination, implementation support, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Basic understanding of database management and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients / stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a client-facing role, with a focus on delivering excellent customer care
- Valid UK driver’s license required
