Bluestones Staffing are working exclusively with a local Antrim-based company for a dedicated and highly organized Office Administrator to join their team. They require a professional who will help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, supporting both internal departments and external clients.

Location: Antrim, County Antrim

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Rate of Pay: £11.44 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and manage inquiries professionally.
  • Take messages and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Provide assistance and respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Use company software and systems for data entry, customer records, and document processing.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling company information.

  • Background in customer service with admin responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
