Bluestones Staffing are partnering with an local company to hire a Scheduling Administrator for their busy office in Antrim. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate, starting off initially via agency.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Job Type: Temporary, then Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Antrim, Co. Antrim

Job Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Scheduling responsibilities, managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and organizing schedules for team members and contractors.
  • Answering phone calls, handling email queries, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaising with contractors for job orders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for scheduling and logistics, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets, particularly in Microsoft Excel, to track schedules and job orders.
  • Utilizing specific IT systems and software to carry out duties efficiently and accurately.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, with a focus on scheduling preferred.
  • Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel) and comfortable using various IT systems.
  • Strong communication skills, very comfortable on the phone.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
