Shift Pattern: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Salary: £13.43 per hour
Overtime: Time and a half for hours worked over 40
Job Type: Part-time, Temp to Perm (12-week contract)
Bluestones Staffing is working in partnership with a well-established distribution company based in Duncrue, Belfast. Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for immediate start on the night shift.

Key responsibilities
You’ll be supporting vital warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, speed, and safety during the night shift.
Picking and packing orders using voice-picking systems
Preparing and wrapping pallets for dispatch
Loading and off-loading deliveries
Placing goods safely onto bays
Following managerial instructions and health & safety protocols
Assisting with other general warehouse duties as required
Candidate requirements
Essential:
Minimum 12 months warehouse experience
Proven experience in order picking and packing
Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures
Reliable and physically able to manage the demands of the role
Ability to work the specified night shift pattern
Desirable:
Voice picking experience (highly advantageous)
Ability to commute or relocate to the Duncrue area
