BSNI is working with a leading Fastening supplier to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator, due to expansion this will be a key role within the planning team.

Location:  Antrim

Salary:  £32k

Duration:  Permanent

Important: Travel throughout the UK and Ireland for projects will be required.

Job Summary:

Assist in planning and executing project tasks.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless implementation.
Maintain project schedules and track progress.
Prepare and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs.
Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and clients.
Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Address client queries and provide regular updates on project status.
Collect, analyse, and report on project data.
Maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes.
Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users during and after implementation.
Monitor project activities to ensure they comply with quality standards.
Identify potential issues and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
Assist in configuring and testing new systems or processes.
Ensure technical specifications are met and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

To support the implementation Manager for Europe, primarily in new business implementations.
Ensuring excellent customer care from inception to ensuring excellent aftercare.
Assisting the team in understanding the implementation process once new business has been secured.
Working with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic understanding of database management and data analysis tools.

Requirements:

Must be comfortable speaking with customers at all levels of their organizations. – A clean driving license.
A background in IT, project management, or a related field is frequently favoured.
Experience in project coordination and implementation support roles.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Basic understanding of database management and data analysis tools.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. – Educated to a good level in Mathematics and English.
