Role: Implementation Assistant (Project Coordinator)
Job Summary:
– Assist in planning and executing project tasks.
– Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless implementation.
– Maintain project schedules and track progress.
– Prepare and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs.
– Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
– Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and clients.
– Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
– Address client queries and provide regular updates on project status.
– Collect, analyze, and report on project data.
– Maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes.
– Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
– Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users during and after implementation.
– Monitor project activities to ensure they comply with quality standards.
– Identify potential issues and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
– Assist in configuring and testing new systems or processes.
– Ensure technical specifications are met and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
– To support the implementation Manager for Europe, primarily in new business implementations.
– Ensuring excellent customer care from inception to ensuring excellent aftercare.
– Assisting the team in understanding the implementation process once new business has been secured.
– Working with internal and external stakeholders.
– Basic understanding of database management and data analysis tools.
Requirements:
– Must be comfortable speaking with customers at all levels of their organizations. – A clean driving license.
– A background in IT, project management, or a related field is frequently favoured.
– Experience in project coordination and implementation support roles.
– Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
– Basic understanding of database management and data analysis tools.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
– Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. –
Educated to a good level in Mathematics and English.
Must be able to travel to England as and when required.
