History instructions

1. You need to include the month and year in the date sections of your history.
2. You need to include all of your history, or 10 years as a minimum.
3. Best practice is to start with your most recent job first and then work backwards.
4. You must explain any gaps in your history which must also include the month and year from/to.

• We recommend that you include two professional references, as a minimum.
