Job description
BSNI have fantastic opportunities for our Manufacturing client based in Mallusk for Joiners.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am -5pm
No weekends
Rate of pay:
£13.50 – £16.50 per hour depending on experience
Job duties:
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood components for furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden structures.
Fit and install finished wood products on-site, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.
Sand, varnish, stain, or paint wood surfaces to achieve the desired finish.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work orders to guide construction and assembly.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely; maintain tools in good working condition.
Inspect work for accuracy, durability, and adherence to safety standards.
Coordinate with other tradespeople, contractors, or clients as required.
Candidate requirements:
Minimum 1 years experience in a Joinery
Qualification Level 2 or Level 3 in joinery
Strong understanding of health and safety
Ability to perform Manual handling and heavy lifting.
