We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join a busy commercial vehicle hire business specialising in lorry and trailer rentals. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales while supporting live hire /sales deals and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
ยท Supporting the Sales Team with lorry and trailer hire enquiries
ยท Preparing hire quotations and sales documentation
ยท Assisting in progressing deals from enquiry to confirmed hire
ยท Liaising with customers, operations, and hire desk teams
ยท Maintaining accurate sales and rental records
ยท Supporting follow-ups on quotes and live hires and sales deals
ยท Providing sales administration
Key Skills & Experience:
ยท Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
ยท Must have 5 or more GCSEโs
ยท Strong communication and organisational skills
ยท Commercial awareness and interest in sales
ยท Professional telephone manner
ยท Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
ยท Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
ยท Experience within vehicle hire, transport, logistics, or a related industry
ยท Ambition to progress into a Sales Executive or Account Management role
