BSNI is working with a leading distribution site to recruit and experienced Customer service advisor, they are looking a person who can communicate with customers and staff with regards to orders and collections.
Location: Mallusk
Duration: Permanent
Hours of work Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm , Friday 9am-4pm.
2 x 15 minute paid breaks
1 x 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
Hourly rate is £12.75 per hour.
Duties:
- Customer service assistance, greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries in a friendly, efficient manner, both person and over the phone.
- Problem solving
- Providing effective knowledge to customers
- Management of returns and exchange policy
- Working as part of a team
- General administration support
Person Specification:
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- GCSE Maths and English
- Computer literate
- Ability to work on own initiative
