Job Description:
BSNI have an excellent opportunity for hospitality workers based in Loughbrickland.
This role is temporary.
Hours: 9am – 2pm (no set days, only as and when required)
Rate of pay: £12.21 phr.
Job duties:
- Assist with basic food prep (washing, peeling, chopping vegetables)
- Greet customers and take orders (in counter-service settings)
- Serve food and beverages
- Answer basic menu questions
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Wash dishes (manually or using dishwashers)
- Sanitize tables, trays, and dining areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Prepare simple items like salads, sandwiches, beverages, and desserts
- Portion and plate meals according to guidelines
- Refill condiments and service stations
