BSNI are working with leading hotels in Belfast to recruit Night Porters.
Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary £12.71phnr
Please note this role is only as and when required. Therefore, there are no guaranteed hours.
Front desk / reception tasks
Checking late arrivals in, assisting guests during the night, and preparing early check-outs.
Customer service
Responding to guest requests (extra towels, room service support, wake-up calls, etc.).
Security & safety
Monitoring the building, doing regular patrols, checking doors, and handling any disturbances or emergencies.
Cleaning & setup
Light cleaning in public areas, setting up breakfast rooms, or preparing spaces for the next day.
Administrative work
Running end-of-day reports, balancing accounts, and preparing paperwork for the morning team.
A minimum of 6 months experience is required.
