Job Description:
BSNI have fantastic opportunities for our client based in Ballymena for full time production operatives.
Hours:
7AM – 7PM, 7PM – 7AM – 2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on nights
Please note weekends are involved in this position.
Rate of pay:
£12.75 phr – day shift
£14.66 phr – night shift
Over time paid @ time and a half.

Job duties:
Running and monitoring machinery that mixes, fills, labels, and packages drinks.
Feeding raw materials (water, concentrates, flavors, sugar, alcohol, CO₂) into production lines.
Adjusting machine settings to maintain efficiency and product quality.
Recording data and reporting issues to supervisors.
Following hygiene and safety procedures (HACCP, food safety standards, PPE).
Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas to prevent contamination.
Handling chemicals (e.g., cleaning agents, CO₂ cylinders) safely.
Operating bottling, canning, and labeling machines.
Stacking, wrapping, and palletising finished goods.
Assisting with warehouse duties like loading/unloading.
Working with colleagues to meet production targets.
Reporting faults, breakdowns, or shortages to supervisors/engineers.
Keeping accurate records of production output and wastage.
Candidate requirements:
Candidate must be physically fit to complete heavy lifting and manual handling.
Excellent time keeping and attendance
Willing to learn and progress throughout the company.
