BSNI are working with a range of leading hotels in Belfast to recruit experienced Housekeepers. This position is ad-hoc.
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
What the role involves:
- Perform thorough daily and routine cleaning of all assigned areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, baseboards, light fixtures, and decorative items to prevent buildup of dirt and allergens.
- Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and doors to ensure a clear, streak-free appearance.
- Collect, empty, and properly dispose of trash and recycling, replacing liners and maintaining sanitation standards.
- Make beds neatly, change linens regularly, and ensure bedrooms are orderly and welcoming at all times.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, countertops, and floors, following proper hygiene practices.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by cleaning countertops, sinks, cabinets, appliances, and dishes after use.
- Organize living spaces, closets, storage areas, and common rooms to maintain an orderly and clutter-free environment.
- Wash, dry, fold, iron, and properly store clothing, towels, bedding, and other household linens.
- Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and household essentials to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Assist staff with all other duties
Please note at least 1 years experience in housekeeping is required for this role.
