Bluestones staffing is working with JOBS START and is looking to recruit and recruitment resourcer for their office in Mallusk, working with a small team this role will be a challenge for the right candidate. Being a new division it is going to take dedication, determination and resilience to build a hybrid commercial desk.

Duties:
Customer service
Account management
Conduct lead generation activities to attract potential candidates
Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes
Payroll
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Provide guidance on recruitment best practices to clients
Skills:
Proficiency with CRM systems
Strong lead generation skills
Excellent social media management capabilities
Knowledge of relationship management techniques
Sales and business development experience
People management
Essential Criteria:
Customer service
Ability to work Thursday and Friday
Must be unemployed and have a case worker
