Post to cover s substantive postholder is acting up. 9am to 5pm some flexibility required to maintain operational requirements
As a member of the Facilities & Resources Team the postholder will be required to: � Manage the day to day operations of a directly managed community centre(s), ensuring they are effectively staffed and are delivering services in a safe, clean and well maintained environment. � Oversee the implementation of a varied programme of activities that promote increased usage of facilities whist meeting local community needs. � Monitor and evaluate community centre provision and make recommendations for continuous improvement to the service and customer experience.
