Position: Outdoor Operations Administrator

Location: McQuillan Outdoor, Ballinderry Road, Lisburn

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Working hours: 30 hours per week

Overall objectives

We seek to appoint an Outdoor Operations Administrator to join our busy and expanding team within McQuillan Outdoor.

This role will require someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, a commercial approach and demonstrable attention to detail. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and must be hardworking, reliable, and possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills. Key responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the operations team
* Manage and maintain accurate records, reports and documentation
* Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to produce spreadsheets, reports and correspondence
* Maintain and update data within Business Central and SharePoint
* Coordinate job information, schedules and operational paperwork
* Handle written and verbal communication with internal teams, clients and suppliers
* Support invoicing, job tracking and operational reporting
* Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
* Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day operational queries
* Support continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes

Desirable Criteria:
* Strong IT skills are essential for this role, including:
* Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
* Ability to learn how to use financial and operational software packages e.g. Workpal
* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central beneficial but not essential
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
* Demonstrated initiative and high levels of energy
* Excellent communication skills and work ethics
