We are looking for an Accountant to handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This includes the preparation of budgets, invoicing and accounts payable, collection of deferred revenues, oversight of the purchase and sale of assets, transferring financial data to partners and auditors and compliance with statutory reporting requirements. This role will suit an individual who is a self-starter and has an interest in accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and customers in person, on the phone, or via email.
Sending invoices to clients and customers.
Posting financial transactions to the company’s accounting database.
Entering data into various financial software applications.
Handling bank deposits and paperwork.
Managing inventory and reconciling vendor accounts.
Providing support to the sales team.(CRM).
Complete purchase ledger
Answering telephone
Working as part of a team
Essential Criterial
Purchase ledger experience
Accounts software experience
2-3 years admin experience
