Duties and Responsibilities
Designing and selling dream living spaces to customers’ specifications
Working with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, builders, developers, and designers, to sell an extensive selection of tiles and tiling products
Communicating expert knowledge of the company’s products and services
Increasing sales by enhancing the scope of the company’s design services
Finding creative and cost-effective solutions for customers’ projects
Utilising creative design flair to maximise the potential of design packages and help customers visualise their perfect projects
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Working Hours
40 hours per week (Monday to Saturday, 8:30am–5:30pm; Saturday 9:00am–3:30pm on a rota basis, with one weekday off).
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a sales environment
Excellent communication skills
Good problem-solving and organisational skills
Results-driven
