Job Description
- Securing the toilet buildings may sometimes involve liaising with PSNI to remove members of the public and/or receive crime reference numbers as appropriate.
- Carry out toilet inspections, minor maintenance, report any damage, hazard or loss, request repairs if necessary and take appropriate action to secure the toilet if required.
- To ensure a high level of customer care including keeping of accurate records of cleaning schedules, defects reported and repairs requested.
- To be responsible for the care and proper use of a Council Vehicle in accordance with the drivers handbook.
- To be responsible for the safe handling, use and storage of cleaning materials and chemicals in accordance with COSHH regulations.
- To provide assistance, directions, and general information to members of the public within the toilet area.
- To ensure that all Corporate policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
