Job description:
BSNI have an excellent opportunity for our white goods company based in Mallusk for a van helper.
Hours: 6.30am – finish ( no later than 5pm)
Rate of pay: £13 phr
Duration: Temporary on-going
Please note this is a temporary contract until Christmas time
Duties:
Help load goods, parcels, or equipment onto the van.
Ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
Unload goods safely at the delivery destination.
Help the driver with navigation and directions.
Open gates or doors and assist in parking or reversing.
Ensure timely delivery by helping plan efficient delivery routes
Carry goods to and from the delivery location.
Obtain customer signatures or delivery confirmations.
Handle returns or exchanges when necessary.
Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
Provide assistance in verifying delivery details.
Candidate requirements:
Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to commit to a temporary position.
