Overtime available.
Rate: £12.21 phr
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and possess excellent computer skills. This role involves performing various clerical duties to support the smooth functioning of our office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage excel spread sheets
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Communicating with drivers
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Maintain an organised workspace to ensure efficiency in daily operations
Skills
- Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and colleagues
- Well-developed organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory
