Job description:
BSNI have a fantastic opportunity for our manufacturing client based in Dromore for Production Operatives.
Hours:
Shift patterns, continental shifts.
8am-8pm , 8pm -8am – 2 week rotational.
Rate of pay:
·£13.21 – days and nights
Rising to £13.63 once probation period complete.
Job Duties:
· Operating plastic molding and extrusion machines to produce products.
· Loading raw plastic materials into machines and ensuring proper material flow.
· Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for defects, ensuring they meet specifications.
· Assembling or packaging plastic products as needed.
· Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
· Monitoring the production process to ensure efficiency and safety.
· Following safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
· Documenting production data, such as output quantities and machine settings.
· Working in teams to complete manufacturing processes.
Candidate requirements:
· Experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
· Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting.
· Fluent speaking English is a requirement.
· Good time keeping and attendance.
